For 2007, I designed a restaurant and hospitality presentation that any service industry worker could participate in, at a very affordable price, and offered this presentation to the restaurant and hospitality industry of Park City, Utah just prior to the start of the 2007 Summer and 2007-2008 Winter seasons. While turnout was expectedly low, this presentation is the model for any basic presentation I offer. A key feature of a presentation that networks an entire region's industry is the possibility for solutions and models to be shared from within the industry across organizations. The great benefit to this is that we learn best from our peers, and we don't have to re-invent the wheel.
